PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rebuilt. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Rebuilt application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Rebuilt / we / us / our: The Rebuilt application and service, operated by Aditya Kadam, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
User / you / your: Any individual who creates an account, accesses, or uses the Rebuilt application.
Application: The Rebuilt mobile application (iOS and Android), web application at rebuilt.in, and all associated features and services.
AI-Generated Content: Workout plans, diet plans, coaching insights, machine guides, and any other outputs generated by artificial intelligence systems within the Application.
Machine Guide: Form instructions, exercise libraries, exercise demonstration videos, and usage guides delivered via QR code or NFC tag at partner gyms.
Exercise Demonstration Video: Video content embedded within Machine Guides demonstrating correct exercise technique for specific equipment.
FitCoins: Virtual in-app currency with no monetary value that you earn through completing workouts and diet targets, and spend on specific features such as workout refreshes. FitCoins cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable between accounts.
Trainer: A fitness professional assigned to Mastery tier subscribers to provide personalised coaching via in-app check-ins and chat.
Partner Gym: Any gym that has entered into a separate agreement with Rebuilt to deploy QR/NFC machine guides.
Admin Approval Gate: The process by which Rebuilt administrators review and approve new user accounts before full access is granted.
Subscription: A paid plan (Foundation, Progression, or Mastery tier) that unlocks premium features within the Application.
Free Trial: A 7-day period during which all Application features are accessible without charge.
Support Ticket: A request for help, complaint, or other communication submitted through the in-app support system or by email to support@rebuilt.in.
Content: All text, data, images, AI-generated plans, machine guides, exercise demonstration videos, and other material available through the Application.
User Data: All information you provide to or generate through use of the Application, including health data, workout logs, FitCoin transactions, and preferences.
By creating an account or using the Application you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.
You accept that AI-generated fitness and diet plans are personalised recommendations, not medical advice.
You have consulted or will consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise or diet programme, particularly if you have existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
Age restriction: Rebuilt is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts. If we discover a user is under 18, the account will be immediately terminated and all data deleted.
Rebuilt provides the following services through the Application:
AI-generated personalised workout plans calibrated to your gym equipment, physical measurements, training goals, and recovery status.
AI-generated personalised daily diet plans calibrated to your nutritional goals, dietary preferences, and cultural food requirements.
Dynamic plan adaptation based on your logged workout performance, recovery check-ins, and progression data.
Know Your Machine: QR code and NFC-based machine guides providing form instructions, muscle group targeting information, exercise demonstration videos, setup steps, and safety cues at partner gyms.
Progress tracking including XP, rank progression, streak tracking, and performance analytics.
AI-generated coaching insights summarising your training patterns and recommending next actions.
FitCoins system: virtual in-app currency earned through workout and diet completion, spendable on workout refreshes and other premium in-app actions.
Trainer check-ins and chat (Mastery tier): personalised coaching from an assigned trainer who reviews your progress data and communicates with you via in-app chat.
Support ticket system: in-app and email support for account, technical, billing, and service issues.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: The Application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services of any kind. AI-Generated Content is fitness guidance only. Nothing in the Application constitutes the practice of medicine, physiotherapy, dietetics, or any regulated health profession. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise or diet programme.
New Rebuilt accounts are not automatically activated. The following terms apply to the admin approval process:
After completing signup, your account enters a pending review state. You will not have full access to the Application until your account is approved.
Rebuilt administrators will review your submitted information within 24 to 48 hours of signup.
You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection. Approval grants you immediate full access to the Application including any free trial you are entitled to.
Rebuilt reserves the right to reject any account application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
If your account is rejected, any submitted personal data will be deleted within 7 days. You may appeal a rejection by contacting support@rebuilt.in within those 7 days.
The free trial period begins from the date of account approval, not the date of signup.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
You must keep your account information updated at all times.
You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.
You must not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
You must notify us immediately at support@rebuilt.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Rebuilt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
You may delete your account at any time from the Application settings or by contacting support@rebuilt.in. Account deletion is irreversible. All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you: violate any provision of these Terms; provide false information at registration; engage in conduct that poses a risk to the Application or other users; attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Application or its AI systems; or use the Application for any unlawful purpose. Where possible we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before taking action.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with all Application features unlocked, starting from the date of account approval.
No payment information is required to start the free trial.
At the end of the 7-day trial, access continues on the free tier unless you choose a paid subscription.
Paid subscription tiers (Foundation, Progression, Mastery) are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Current pricing is displayed at rebuilt.in/pricing. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Annual subscriptions offer a discount equivalent to 2 months free compared to monthly billing.
Prices may be displayed in INR or USD. The currency applicable to your transaction is determined at checkout.
We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You will receive an email reminder at least 7 days before your annual subscription renews.
Failed payments may result in suspension of premium access.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Application settings or by contacting support@rebuilt.in.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that date.
Rebuilt will not charge cancellation fees. This is in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your data.
7-day satisfaction guarantee: If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@rebuilt.in for a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only, once per account.
Outside the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
If the Application experiences a material service disruption of more than 72 consecutive hours, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rata credit for the affected period.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
FitCoins earned during a paid subscription period remain in your account if you downgrade to the free tier, subject to free-tier usage limits.
FitCoins are not refundable and have no monetary value. No compensation will be provided for unused FitCoins upon account deletion.
Rebuilt reserves the right to adjust FitCoin earn rates and redemption values with 14 days notice to existing users.
FitCoins are earned by completing daily workout sessions as logged in the Application.
FitCoins are earned by completing daily meal targets as tracked in the diet section.
Bonus FitCoins may be awarded for maintaining streaks, achieving rank milestones, or participating in special events announced in the Application.
FitCoins are credited to your account automatically upon completion of qualifying actions. Earn rates are displayed in the Application and may be updated with 14 days notice.
FitCoins can be spent on workout refreshes, which generate a new AI workout plan outside your regular weekly schedule.
FitCoins may be spent on other premium in-app actions as disclosed in the Application.
Redemption rates are displayed in the Application before any FitCoin transaction is confirmed.
FitCoins have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or converted to any other currency or asset.
FitCoins are non-transferable between user accounts.
FitCoins expire if your account is inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Rebuilt is not liable for any FitCoins lost due to account deletion, account suspension for Terms violations, or inactivity expiry.
Mastery tier subscribers are assigned a Rebuilt-approved trainer who provides personalised coaching through in-app recovery check-in reviews and direct chat.
Your assigned trainer will have access to your workout logs, recovery check-in data, diet adherence data, progress analytics, and AI-generated plans for the purpose of providing personalised coaching.
Trainers may leave notes and comments on your plans that are visible to you within the Application.
All trainers are contractually bound to confidentiality and professional conduct standards.
Trainers may not use your data for any purpose outside their coaching role on Rebuilt.
If you have a complaint about trainer conduct, contact support@rebuilt.in immediately. We will investigate within 5 business days.
Rebuilt reserves the right to reassign you to a different trainer at any time, with as much advance notice as reasonably practicable.
Trainer chat is not a real-time emergency service. Response times may vary. Do not use trainer chat to report medical emergencies.
Trainer advice provided through the Application is fitness guidance only, not medical advice. The same medical disclaimer in Section 10 applies to all trainer interactions.
Trainer chat history is deleted within 30 days of your Mastery subscription ending or your account being deleted.
Machine Guides are delivered via QR code scan or NFC tap on gym equipment at partner gyms.
Machine Guides provide general form instructions, muscle targeting information, setup steps, and safety cues for the equipment category shown. The specific condition of equipment at any individual gym may differ from the guidance provided.
Always inspect equipment before use. Report any damage or malfunction to gym staff immediately.
Exercise demonstration videos embedded in Machine Guides and workout plans are sourced from licensed third-party libraries or produced by Rebuilt.
Videos are provided for general educational guidance only. Rebuilt does not warrant that the technique shown is appropriate for your individual physical condition, fitness level, or any existing injury.
Exercise demonstration videos are the intellectual property of Rebuilt or its licensors. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or use them outside the Application for any purpose.
Rebuilt does not guarantee that exercise demonstration videos will be available for every exercise in every plan at all times. Availability may vary based on the equipment at your selected gym.
IMPORTANT : READ BEFORE USING: Physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks. Before using any workout or diet plan generated by Rebuilt, you should consult a qualified medical professional, particularly if you have: existing medical conditions; cardiovascular disease or risk factors; musculoskeletal injuries or chronic pain; pregnancy or recent childbirth; diabetes or metabolic conditions; eating disorders or a history thereof; or any condition for which exercise or dietary change has been contraindicated by a medical professional.
By using the Application you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
Rebuilt is a fitness guidance platform, not a medical service. AI-Generated Content and trainer advice are not substitutes for professional medical, physiotherapy, or dietetic advice.
You participate in any exercise programme entirely at your own risk.
You are responsible for assessing your own fitness level and the appropriateness of any exercise or diet plan before undertaking it.
You will stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom, and will seek medical attention.
AI-generated plans are based on the information you provide. The accuracy and appropriateness of plans depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your input. Rebuilt is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete user-provided information.
Machine Guides and exercise demonstration videos provide general form and safety guidance only. Individual technique will vary. Consult a qualified personal trainer for individualised instruction.
You may submit support tickets through the in-app support system or by emailing support@rebuilt.in.
We will acknowledge all support tickets within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 business days. Complex issues may take longer; we will keep you informed of progress.
Support ticket content, including any personal information you provide in the ticket, is used solely to resolve your issue and is retained for 12 months from ticket closure as described in our Privacy Policy.
Rebuilt reserves the right to close support tickets that are abusive, duplicative, or outside the scope of our service, after providing reasonable notice.
For urgent account security issues, email support@rebuilt.in immediately with the subject line URGENT SECURITY.
You may use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial fitness and wellness purposes.
You must not:
Use the Application for any commercial purpose, including selling, reselling, or distributing Application content or AI-generated plans to third parties.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application or its AI models.
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Application.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users accounts or data.
Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to damage or disrupt the Application.
Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringes any third party intellectual property rights.
Use the Application in any way that violates applicable Indian law, including the IT Act 2000, the DPDP Act 2023, or the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023.
Share QR codes or NFC machine guide access with persons who are not members of the gym at which the equipment is located.
Attempt to manipulate your XP, rank, streak, or FitCoin balance through means other than legitimate use of the Application.
Download, reproduce, or distribute exercise demonstration videos outside the Application.
Misuse the support ticket system, including submitting abusive, false, or deliberately disruptive tickets.
Consequences of prohibited use: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of your FitCoin balance, legal action under applicable Indian law, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.
All intellectual property rights in the Application, including source code, design, AI models, training infrastructure, Machine Guide content, exercise demonstration videos, brand assets, and all other content created by Rebuilt, are owned by Rebuilt or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in Rebuilt intellectual property except the limited licence in Section 13.3.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the AI-generated plans produced for your account for your personal use. You may not: reproduce or distribute AI-generated plans for commercial purposes; claim authorship of AI-generated plans in a way that implies human authorship; or use AI-generated plans to train competing AI systems.
Rebuilt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial fitness purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.
Exercise demonstration videos are licensed to you for personal viewing within the Application only. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative works from exercise demonstration videos. All rights in exercise demonstration videos are reserved by Rebuilt or their respective licensors.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Application. By providing this data, you grant Rebuilt a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Application services to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Application is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. Rebuilt does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free; that AI-Generated Content will be accurate or produce any particular outcome; that exercise demonstration videos will be appropriate for your individual circumstances; that FitCoin earn or spend rates will remain unchanged; or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Rebuilt total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Rebuilt in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater. Rebuilt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; physical injury, illness, or death arising from use of AI-generated plans, Machine Guides, exercise demonstration videos, or trainer advice except where caused by Rebuilt gross negligence or wilful misconduct; outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provided; or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Consumer protection rights preserved: Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other applicable mandatory Indian consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.
You agree to indemnify Rebuilt and its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Application.
The Application uses third-party services including Anthropic (AI processing), Render (application hosting), Vercel (frontend hosting), Supabase (database), and payment processors. Rebuilt is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, except where we have failed to exercise reasonable care in selecting or monitoring them.
Your eligibility to access Machine Guides at a Partner Gym is contingent on your being a current, authorised member of that gym. Rebuilt does not verify your gym membership status.
Partner Gyms are independent businesses. Rebuilt is not responsible for the safety, condition, maintenance, or supervision of gym equipment at Partner Gyms.
Machine Guides and exercise demonstration videos are provided as general information only. Always inspect equipment before use and report any damage or malfunction to gym staff.
Rebuilt does not act as an agent of any Partner Gym and does not make representations on behalf of Partner Gyms.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@rebuilt.in. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your written notice.
If your dispute concerns a consumer protection matter, you may file a complaint with: the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) through the E-Jagriti portal at edaakhil.nic.in; the relevant State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission; or the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Pune.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes not resolved by informal means or consumer forums shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Minor changes: Corrections and clarifications. We update the Effective Date and version number without separate notification.
Material changes: Changes affecting your rights or the core nature of the service. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Rebuilt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Application at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of significant feature changes, including changes to the FitCoin system, exercise demonstration video availability, trainer assignment processes, or subscription tier features. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the Application, we will provide at least 30 days notice and offer pro-rata refunds to active paid subscribers.
Rebuilt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or failure of third-party service providers. In the event of a force majeure event lasting more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement on written notice.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rebuilt with respect to the Application and supersede all prior agreements. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.

Agreement
By creating an account on Rebuilt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, and that you are at least 18 years of age with the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
These Terms are an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
