Rebuilt generates personalised AI workout and diet plans. These are fitness recommendations — not medical advice, not clinical diagnoses, and not a substitute for professional medical care. By using Rebuilt, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer in its entirety.

A fitness guidance platform. Nothing more.

Rebuilt uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans, diet plans, machine guides, exercise demonstration videos, and coaching insights personalised to your goals, your gym's equipment, and your logged performance. Every output is a fitness recommendation.

Rebuilt does not practise medicine, physiotherapy, dietetics, sports science, or any other regulated health profession. No content within the Rebuilt application — including AI-generated plans, trainer chat, machine guides, exercise videos, or coaching insights — constitutes the provision of medical services or clinical advice.

Certain conditions require medical clearance.

You should consult a qualified medical professional before using Rebuilt — or before beginning any new exercise or diet programme — if any of the following apply to you:

Cardiovascular disease, heart conditions, or high blood pressure
History of chest pain during or outside physical activity
Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes or metabolic syndrome
Musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, or joint conditions
Pregnancy, recent childbirth, or postpartum recovery
Current or past eating disorders or disordered eating patterns
Respiratory conditions including asthma or COPD
Neurological conditions affecting balance, coordination, or muscle control
Obesity or a BMI above 35 without prior exercise clearance
Any condition for which a doctor has advised against exercise or dietary changes
Currently taking medication that affects heart rate, blood pressure, or blood sugar
Recovery from surgery, illness, or injury in the past 6 months

Know when to stop and seek help.

Stop all physical activity immediately and seek medical attention if you experience any of the following during or after exercise:

Chest pain, tightness, pressure, or discomfort of any kind
Unusual shortness of breath that does not resolve with rest
Dizziness, light-headedness, or fainting
Irregular or abnormally rapid heartbeat (palpitations)
Sudden severe pain in any joint, muscle, or bone
Nausea or vomiting during exertion
Numbness, tingling, or weakness in limbs
Any symptom that feels unusual or concerning to you

In a medical emergency, call 112 (India emergency services) or go to your nearest emergency department immediately. Do not rely on Rebuilt or any fitness application in a medical emergency.

What AI can and cannot do.

Workout and diet plans

Your plans are generated by AI calibrated to the information you provide — your goals, gym equipment, physical measurements, and recovery data. The quality and appropriateness of your plan depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. Rebuilt is not responsible for any outcome resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you provide.

Machine guides and exercise demonstration videos

Machine guides and exercise demonstration videos are provided for general educational guidance. Correct technique is highly individual and depends on your body proportions, flexibility, existing injuries, and training experience. The form shown in a video may not be appropriate for your specific situation. Consult a qualified personal trainer for individualised technique instruction.

Recovery and adaptation

Rebuilt adapts your training intensity based on your self-reported recovery check-ins. These adaptations are algorithmic, not clinical. If you are experiencing symptoms that concern you, consult a medical professional — do not rely on plan adaptations as a substitute for medical assessment.

Trainer check-ins and chat

Trainers on the Rebuilt Mastery tier are fitness coaches, not medical professionals. Their guidance is fitness coaching only. Trainer communications within Rebuilt are not a substitute for medical advice, and no trainer communication on Rebuilt should be construed as a clinical consultation.

Diet plans

AI-generated diet plans are nutritional guidance calibrated to your fitness goals and dietary preferences. They are not therapeutic diet plans and are not intended to treat, manage, or prevent any medical condition, including diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, or any other health condition. If you require a therapeutic diet, consult a registered dietitian or qualified nutritionist.

You exercise at your own risk.

By using Rebuilt, you acknowledge and agree that:

Physical exercise and dietary change carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle soreness, injury, cardiovascular events, and in extreme cases, death. You participate in any exercise programme entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for assessing your own physical fitness, health status, and the appropriateness of any exercise or diet plan before undertaking it. Rebuilt makes no representation that any plan is suitable for your individual circumstances.

You will not use Rebuilt as your sole decision-making resource for matters that affect your health. You will seek qualified professional guidance whenever you are uncertain about the safety of an activity or dietary change for your specific situation.

Rebuilt is not liable for any personal injury, illness, death, or other harm that arises from your use of the Application, except where such harm results directly from Rebuilt's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Inspect before you use. Report what is broken.

Machine guides are based on general equipment categories. The specific condition, adjustment range, and safety features of equipment at your gym may differ from the guidance shown. Always inspect equipment for damage, instability, or malfunction before use. Report any damaged equipment to gym staff immediately and do not use it.

Rebuilt is not responsible for the condition, maintenance, or safety supervision of equipment at partner gyms or any other gym facility. Partner gyms are independent businesses solely responsible for their own equipment safety and member supervision.

No guaranteed outcomes.

Rebuilt does not guarantee that use of the Application will produce any specific fitness result, health improvement, weight change, muscle gain, or performance improvement. Results depend on many factors outside Rebuilt's control, including your consistency, effort, sleep, stress levels, genetics, existing health conditions, and adherence to the plan.

Testimonials, progress examples, or rank achievements displayed in the Application or on Rebuilt's marketing materials represent individual results and are not typical or guaranteed for all users.

Fitness science evolves. Our plans may not reflect the latest research.

The exercise science and nutrition research base is constantly evolving. AI-generated plans are based on established, evidence-supported principles, but they may not reflect the most recent findings in exercise science, nutrition, or sports medicine. Rebuilt does not warrant that all guidance reflects the latest available research.

By creating an account on Rebuilt and using the Application, you confirm that you have read and understood this Fitness and Medical Disclaimer in its entirety; that you understand Rebuilt does not provide medical advice or clinical services; that you have consulted or will consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise or diet programme if any of the conditions in Section 2 apply to you; and that you participate in any exercise programme entirely at your own risk.
